You can increase your concentration and brain power by simply adding these delicious all-natural foods to your diet. Berries; Berries are not only is one of my favorite foods but they stand on the top of the food list. These delicious tasting berries can not only change your boring morning cereal into a delicious treat.

Blackcurrants, boysenberries, strawberries, and blueberries our brain boosting foods you should add to your diet Black currants are very high in vitamin C and essential fatty acids, these delicious tasting berries will help protect your brain from stress. Some researchers believe that Blackcurrants can help prevent or significantly delay the onset of Alzheimer's disease. Boysenberries come from the same family as blackcurrant and are believed to act in the same beneficial ways. An easy rules of thumb to remember when it comes to choosing fruits and vegetables are the darker the fruit the more potent the natural compounds it contains are. The darker the fruit the more antioxidant value it appears to have.



 Blueberries are plentiful and are loaded with healthy nutrients. They are known to increase the production of brain cells. The spice use heavily in India is called turmeric; this wonderful tasting spice has many health benefits, ranging from cancer protection to cardiovascular health, to the reduction in joint pain from arthritis. Turmeric has also been shown to be beneficial to cognitive ability. There are studies that show turmeric can protect the brain from diseases that ravage the memory. Researchers claim that this delicious all-natural spice can stop certain plaques from forming in the brain. These are plaques that become a major risk factor for the development of Alzheimer's disease.

There is a considerable amount of evidence that shows turmeric is related to memory protection. Green tea; There is plenty of evidence that shows green tea can boost brainpower and concentration in one study that focused on Alzheimer's disease.
